VIENNESE BEEF GOULASH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lb. stewing beef, cubed
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. lard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 hot boiled potatoes
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onion in fat for 5 minutes. Add beef, caraway, marjoram, garlic, salt and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Combine the paprika, catsup and 2 tablespoons of water. Add this mixture to the stew and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes and egg slices.The beef goulash recipe is ready to serves 6. CHEDDAR 'N BEEF GOULASH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS
In skillet, brown beef in butter. Add onion; cook until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Stir in mushrooms and tomato sauce. Simmer mixture 5 minutes. Add noodles and green beans; toss lightly, but well. Pour into greased shallow baking pan; sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans beef gravy
  • 7 c. (two 28 oz. cans) tomatoes with liquid, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c. (two 10 oz. pkgs.) frozen beans and carrots
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, uncooked (medium)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
In saucepan, cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain off excess drippings. Stir in beef gravy, tomatoes with liquid, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; add frozen vegetables and uncooked medium egg noodles. Return to a boil. Cover and simmer 8 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender. Season with salt and pepper. The beef goulash recipe is ready to serve...bon apetit !

  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Cooked buttered noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Cook meat, celery and onion in heavy skillet until meat is browned, adding salt, pepper and paprika. Add enough water to cover meat mixture, simmer covered for 1 hour. Combine catsup, water, mustard and brown sugar; pour over meat mixture. Cook for another 45 minutes. The beef goulash recipe bbq is ready to serve over cooked, buttered noodles....enjoy ! Nice !

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tbsp. shortening
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. water
  • 3/4 c. raw rice
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage

INSTRUCTIONS
Brown meat in hot shortening in large pan, stirring. Add garlic and onion. Cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add tomato paste, salt and pepper; blend. Stir in water and rice. Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Add cabbage; cook for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. The beef goulash recipe is ready to serve 8 persons...nice one ! SPICY BEEF GOULASH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 c. thinly sliced onions
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef cubes
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 qt. boiling water
  • 8 oz. wide egg noodles (6 to 6 1/2 c.)
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. poppy seed

INSTRUCTIONS
In large pan or Dutch oven, saute onions in 3 tablespoons butter for a few minutes. Set onions aside. Add beef, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper; brown lightly. Add 4 cups water. Simmer covered about 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally, 7-9 minutes, until tender. Drain in colander.
Toss noodles with melted butter and poppy seed. Serve goulash over noodles. 4-6 servings.

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 sm. onions
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 2 lb. stew beef
  • 2 sm. peppers, chopped
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Slowly cook 6 small onions in oil until soft. Add paprika to onions. Add meat and cook until it comes to a boil, lower to a simmer. Add peppers, can of chopped stewed tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cook slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Keep lid on while cooking! If sour cream is added, mix with goulash juice and then add to pot. The beef goulash recipe is ready to serve....great ! Enjoy the feast !
