MACARONI AND BEEF GOULASH








MACARONI AND BEEF GOULASH ...a great beef goulash recipe to try....!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can undrained tomatoes and 1 can tomato sauce and omit water
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. macaroni noodles (6-8 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS
In Dutch oven, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add onion and green pepper. Continue frying until tender. Add rest of ingredients. Cover; reduce to simmer 20 minutes or so until macaroni is tender. The beef goulash recipe serves 4-6 persons. enjoy the meal ! Nice !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. uncooked noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (low sodium)
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles according to directions on package without salt. Drain. Cook ground beef with garlic, onion and mushrooms until browned; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients to ground beef mixture and simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Add cooked noodles and simmer about 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving. ..and this beef goulash recipe makes 6 servings.

  • 1 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (6 oz.) can unsalted tomato paste
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. unsalted catsup
  • 1 sm. bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook macaroni as directed, omitting salt. Drain and set aside. Brown ground beef with mushrooms, onion and garlic. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer gently about 15 minutes. Add cooked, drained macaroni. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 med. onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless stew meat, chopped
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. tomato paste
  • 5 c. hot water
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 med. potatoes, cubed
  • 2 med. carrots, cubed
  • 2 med. zucchini, cubed
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil. Saute garlic and onion until tender. Add beef cubes, brown over high heat for 10 minutes. Stir in paprika, salt, pepper and flour. Add water, vinegar and bay leaf. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until vegetables are tender. The beef goulash recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it soup !

  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • 1 1/2 c. flat wide noodles

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute beef, celery and onions in skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Add beef broth, green beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika and pepper; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add noodles; simmer 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. The beef goulash recipe is ready to serves 6 great person....enjoy !

VIENNESE BEEF GOULASH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lb. stewing beef, cubed
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. lard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 hot boiled potatoes
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onion in fat for 5 minutes. Add beef, caraway, marjoram, garlic, salt and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Combine the paprika, catsup and 2 tablespoons of water. Add this mixture to the stew and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes and egg slices.The beef goulash recipe is ready to serves 6. CHEDDAR 'N BEEF GOULASH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS
In skillet, brown beef in butter. Add onion; cook until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Stir in mushrooms and tomato sauce. Simmer mixture 5 minutes. Add noodles and green beans; toss lightly, but well. Pour into greased shallow baking pan; sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
